Prices & Taxes
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
We currently ship only in Canada and charge 5% GST on all orders.
Orders within Ontario also have PST of 8% added.
How we ship
All orders are shipped Canada Post Ground service unless otherwise requested.
Canada Post requires a physical street address to ship.
They do not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not included in Canada Post delivery time.
Freight costs for other shipping methods are available upon request.
Canada Post Ground Delivery - Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight and shipment destination.
Delivery time within Canada is from six to fifteen business days, depending on the distance of the shipment destination from Concord, Ontario.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our service department for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Customers are responsible for freight on all returned items.
All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless Premium Bottlers Inc. was at fault and/or made an error.
All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and no returns can be processed after 30 days of purchase.
Returns within 30 days of purchase require a RGA number and returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.
Customers are subject to a 15% restocking fee for any package returned by Canada Post because of refusal or non-delivery.
Freight costs incurred are not refundable.
Parts or items that have been modified in anyway, shape or form, are not returnable.
Damaged Goods
Always inspect the contents of your shipment in the presence of the driver delivering your package.
Should you find any damage, notify Canada Post immediately so that necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of part or item.
Please notify Premium Bottlers Inc. of the claim.
Warranties
All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you.
Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty.
Premium Bottlers Inc. does not honour warranty requests due to improper handling, neglect, or accidents.
